Description des travaux
Les travaux de recherche du laboratoire se concentrent entre autres sur la variabilité de la réponse aux médicaments entre les individus. Nous étudions le rôle des paramètres pathophysiologiques, comme l'obésité et le diabète, sur l'élimination des médicaments de l'organisme. Ainsi, nous étudions les conséquences néfastes (effets indésirables) d'une diminution de l'élimination des médicaments sur la fonction cardiaque.
