Approfondir nos connaissances dans divers domaines concernants la chirurgie cardio-vasculaire, notamment la chirurgie coronarienne, valvulaire, les nouvelles techniques endovasculaires et aussi les traitements des mediastinites et reconstructions sternales.
Description des travaux
Plusieurs projets sont actuellement en cours dans notre service, mais les principaux sont les suivants :
NEWTON-CABG : Un essai randomisé sur l'effet de l'evolocumab sur la perméabilité des greffons veineux avec veine saphène après une chirurgie de pontages coronariens.
Ticagrelor / PB2452 : Une étude de phase 3, multicentrique, en ouvert, à un seul bras, de PB2452 chez des patients traités au ticagrélor présentant des saignements majeurs ou potentiellement mortels non contrôlés ou nécessitant une chirurgie urgente ou une procédure invasive
IRA : Marqueurs d'insuffisance rénale aiguë suite à une chirurgie cardiaque
ARAP : Anévrismes de l'aorte ascendante : associant l'échocardiographie à l'hémodynamique, la biomécanique, la biochimie et l'examen de structures
Étude ROMA - Étude randomisée comparant de l'évolution clinique d'une revascularisation artérielle simple versus multiple lors de chirurgie de pontages aorto-coronariens.
Nova : Étude de phase II, multicentrique, randomisée, à double insu, contrôlée contre placebo, visant à évaluer l'efficacité et l'innocuité de la toxine botulique de type A (AGN-151607) / Injections dans tissus adipeux épicardiques pour prévenir la fibrillation auriculaire en postopératoire chez les patients subissant une chirurgie cardiaque à thorax ouvert.
PACES - Anticoagulation pour nouvelle apparition de fibrillation auriculaire post-opératoire après chirurgie de pontages aortocoronariens
BFREE - Anesthésie cardiaque sans benzodiazépines pour la réduction de delirium post-opératoire
